An evergreen shrub with a narrowly upright and columnar growth habit. Low maintenance shrub, and usually looks its best without pruning, although it will tolerate pruning. Suitable for planting under power lines.

This is a selection of a native North American species.

Thrives in full sun ( 6 hours of direct sunlight), however it will tolerate partial shade (3-6 hours of morning or early afternoon sun).

It is recommended to protect your newly planted cedar from the drying winter winds by wrapping it in burlap especially during its first year.
