Burbank Prune (plum)
Super beautiful variety of plum tree resistant to black knot and giving very good yield. Large, round, dark red fruits with firm, juicy and sweet yellow flesh. Can be used as a landscape flowering tree in spring or a shade tree in summer. Introduced commercially in 1897.
Needs cross pollination from a different Japanese plum cultivar. (For example, Shiro prune).
