Hibiscus Midnight Marvel

Deep wine-purple, maple-like foliage and scarlet red, 8″-9″ flowers. Needs to be exposed directly to UV light (grown in full sun) to achieve the darkest foliage color.

The habit is relatively compact, measuring in at 4’ tall x 4½’ wide. Blooms for an extended period from midsummer into early fall.

Later to emerge than most perennials in spring.
